African Civit Cats are very shy, timid critters which are just about entirely nocturnal making photos SO hard. Using the flash like this makes for poor shots, IMO. This one was a regular around the campsite in this private game reserve near Kruger NP because the "chef" was throwing it chicken bones every night.
